LadyLeader Generations for young mums

April 23, 2026 at 4:29 pm, No comments
Being a LadyLeader shaping the next generations of leaders.

During our LadyLeader Generations online session with the young mums club from Rēzekne, we came to a simple but powerful realization —
being a leader starts at home.

To be a leader means to be a role model for your child.
To be someone they can trust, look up to, and turn to for advice.

LadyLeader Generations is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Fundacja Pro Omnis (Poland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women with a chance for follow-up, and a transformation board game.
