Finally we have successfully kicked off a long-waited and a very desired project LadyLeader Generations. Amazing activities activities are upcoming for ladies of all ages from rural areas. See, what is next ;)

LadyLeader Generations is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Fundacja Pro Omnis (Poland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women with a chance for follow-up, and a transformation board game.
