Believing in multiple intelligence and willing to empower women, we have kicked off the Womanity Leap in Sofia! The KA2 Erasmus Plus project “Womanity Leap” coordinated by InterArt Foundation will run for two years and will involve six countries: Bulgaria, Serbia, Spain, Cyprus, Latvia, and Belgium. Our main goal is to propose a new concept of intelligence expressed through 12 domains, and to support young women in discovering their talents, identifying a suitable career pathway, and walking it with confidence. For professionals working with young people, we will offer a range of training opportunities so they can support youth more effectively on their path to fulfilment and success.
