Ladies from Koknese gathered for a story telling meeting reflecting about their leadership journey. The conclusions are: we want to meet more, we want to cooperate among local organizations and we want to laugh.

LadyLeader Stories is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Landsbyggdin lífi - Farsæld til framtíðar (Iceland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women in rural and disadvantaged areas by equipping them with leadership skills, storytelling techniques, and emotional intelligence tools to foster civic engagement, self-confidence, and active participation in their communities.
