In Ādaži, Latvia ladies from Iceland, Bulgaria and Latvia came together to become LadyLeaders. From creative workshops and inspiring examples to own stories.
We learned the power of storytelling — how to hear ourselves, open up, listen deeply and turn personal experiences into something that can inspire others.
But this was just the beginning.
Each of us is now taking this energy home to create our own story clubs — safe spaces where stories empower, connect and lead.

LadyLeader Stories is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Landsbyggdin lífi - Farsæld til framtíðar (Iceland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women in rural and disadvantaged areas by equipping them with leadership skills, storytelling techniques, and emotional intelligence tools to foster civic engagement, self-confidence, and active participation in their communities.
