Back from "It's My Nature" Training in Ireland!

Inese: "For me, It’s My Nature was an opportunity to step outside my comfort zone, discover new possibilities within myself and explore creativity in a different way. I especially valued the balance between personal reflection and learning through collaboration with others.

One of the most meaningful lessons was learning to trust the process, let go of expectations and embrace the unexpected. It also encouraged me to have the courage to be more authentic, express myself freely and accept vulnerability as part of personal growth.

This experience reminded me of the importance of staying open, curious and willing to try something new — even when it feels unfamiliar."

It’s My Nature was an Erasmus+ training course held by Waterford & South Tipperary Community Youth Service in Woodstown, Ireland, focused on developing self-awareness, confidence, creativity and inner leadership through participatory theatre and experiential learning, empowering youth workers to foster inclusion and meaningful connections with young people.20261004_154623.jpg
