Mērķis ir palīdzēt jaunām sievietēm pārvērst savus talantus par izglītības un karjeras iespējām, vienlaikus nodrošinot jaunatnes darbiniekiem praktisku rīku individuāla atbalsta sniegšanai.
Understanding strengths is only the beginning.
The WomanityLEAP team is now developing the Roadmap for Employment for Young Women with the Micro-credentials on MI Competencies for Youth Workers System.
The roadmap will connect the results of the Multiple Intelligence Assessment with:
🎯 educational pathways,
🎯 vocational and higher education opportunities,
🎯 career possibilities,
🎯 guidance for youth workers supporting young women.
Its goal is to help transform identified strengths into informed education and employment choices while providing youth workers with a practical tool for career guidance based on the Multiple Intelligence approach.
