We are looking for initiatives that:
✨ engage at least 5 other women for whom leadership matters;
✨ are creative and inclusive;
✨ encourage collaboration between different generations;
✨ create a lasting impact.
📅 Selected initiatives may begin as soon as the results are announced and should be implemented by the end of 2026.

LadyLeader Generations is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Fundacja Pro Omnis (Poland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women with a chance for follow-up, and a transformation board game.
