🥐 Generations meet in the "kitchen"!As part of the LadyLeader Generations initiative in Jelgava, women of different ages came together for a warm and delicious pastry-making workshop led by a professional pastry chef.
Recipes, little baking secrets and years of experience were shared alongside stories, laughter and new discoveries. Experienced participants passed on their tried-and-tested knowledge, while others gained new skills and confidence to experiment.
And this is also what women’s leadership can look like: sharing what you know, encouraging others, being brave enough to try, and inspiring the people around you. ❤️
A beautiful reminder that every generation has something valuable to give — and something new to learn.
LadyLeader Generations is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Fundacja Pro Omnis (Poland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women with a chance for follow-up, and a transformation board game.
