Sometimes courage starts with a drawing. “It’s not common for me to take part in events like this and speak in front of others. But I did it — and I felt good.” A big and diverse group of women gathered in Ozolnieki, Jelgava region, to share stories and ideas within LadyLeader Generations project.

LadyLeader Generations is a KA2 Small-Scale Partnership project coordinated by Fundacja Pro Omnis (Poland) in a partnership with InterArt Foundation (Bulgaria) and Miromida (Latvia). The project aims to empower women across all generations, from young girls to seniors, by enhancing their leadership skills and encouraging active community involvement through innovative, non-formal education methods, fostering self-awareness, courage, and a balance between femininity and leadership. This will be achieved through gender leadership coaching by an improved LadyLeader study programme for women with a chance for follow-up, and a transformation board game.
