WomanityLEAP mācību programma pamazām pārtop no teorijas praktiskos rīkos! 💫
How do we turn a Multiple Intelligences Framework into a practical tool for youth work?
That is exactly what the WomanityLEAP partners are working on! For each intelligence, we are developing a complementary set of learning materials: presentations, short explanatory videos, conceptual summaries, ready-to-use non-formal education activity plans, and assessment questions. A common glossary will also help navigate the key concepts across the whole training programme.
So, whether you prefer to read, watch, try activities in practice, reflect, or test your understanding, there will be a way to explore the WomanityLEAP Multiple Intelligences Framework that works for you.
Most importantly, these materials will help youth workers move from understanding different intelligences to recognising and fostering them in young women through real youth work practice.
The WomanityLEAP training programme is gradually moving from theory into practical tools! 💫
